Delivery


Standard deliveries (UK Mainland) are £1.95 or Free of charge for orders over £50 Excluding VAT

All orders placed before 3.00PM will be despatched during the same working day (mon-fri), the majority of orders will be despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post, but if your order contains weighty items such as paper, Toners or CD's this may be sent via courier.

Please allow 2 -5 working days for delivery (UK Mainland), the majority of orders however are received the following working day. If your order has not arrived after the fifth working day, please contact our customer services department on 0870 2422301, or via email on: customer.services@toner-uk.com and we will chase your order. Due to the constraints of the Royal Mail system, we are unable to chase any orders before the 5th working day has elapsed.

When chasing an order, please make sure you have your contact details and order number ready, as we will need this information.

You can select an upgraded delivery option by Next-day Courier Delivery at an additional cost. All orders placed before 3pm on a working day (Monday to Friday), will be despatched on a same day basis.

The courier will deliver between 9am - 5:30pm on a working day. If you require a more specific timed delivery, there is the option to pay for such a service at the Checkout. We offer various timed services including pre 10:30am, pre Noon and Afternoon delivery.

All Toner-UK products are guaranteed 100%. We offer a no quibble 12 Months guarantee on ink cartridges (3 months for remanufactured or reconditioned units).

"Your statutory rights are not affected"

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Services team on 0870 2422301, they will issue you with a returns number which must be presented with the returned product / s.

Your Right to Cancel


The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

If you wish to exercise you right to a full refund, then you must contact our customer services department on 0870 2422301 informing us of your intention to return the goods. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your (end user) responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days.

The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.
